Despite being denied parole, 22-year-old Michelle Carter will get an early release from prison.

In 2017, Carter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for encouraging her long-distance boyfriend Conrad Roy to commit suicide.

On July 13, 2014, Roy was found dead from carbon monoxide poisoning in his pickup truck in the parking lot of a Fairhaven Kmart.

In hundreds of texts and statements that came to light after his suicide, Carter, who was 17 at the time of the suicide, was revealed to have pushed him to go through with the act.

And thanks to our friends at Crime Lights, we’re now able to read the full conversation between the couple up to the point of Roy’s tragic end.
